***Venue:

Magills Bar and Restaurant, 182 Thorndon Quay.

***Directions:

From the Wellington Railway station; Thorndon Quay is the road leading North (away from the CBD), on the Beehive side of the Railway station. About 2 minutes drive (10 minutes walk) from the Railway station…past the Spotlight store and the Stadium, you will find Magills on the right hand side (the big green building).

***Time:

Doors open 8pm, Prizegiving starts 9pm.

***Cost:

$5 entry

***Food/drink:

There will be a small amount of finger food provided; however we suggest that you eat your main meal before you arrive. Magills does serve meals, but they obviously can’t cater for 200 people all requesting meals at once, so we recommend you eat elsewhere beforehand.

There will be drink specials from 8:00 until 9:30.

***Raffles/Prizes:

There will be spot prizes, so hang on to your entry ticket that you receive at the door. There will also be a raffle to raise money for the Victoria University Underwater Hockey club.

***Underagers:

Magills license allows it to admit under 18-year-olds, so everyone is welcome at this function. However we will be extremely strict on underage drinking. It is the coaches/managers responsibility to ensure that underagers are not allowed access to alcohol. Magills management has asked that underagers not even approach the bar; so if you’re under 18 and you want a non-alcoholic drink you must ask someone else to buy it for you. There is NO BYO, and Magills security will be checking all bags at the door. Drunk underagers will not be allowed into the function, and any underagers caught drinking inside will be removed.
