AGM INFORMATION

The 2008 UWH AGM will be held Friday 7 March 2008 7:30-10PM at the Brentwood Hotel, Kilbirnie, Wellington.

UWHNZ is your organisation so please consider if there are any ideas you have to improve your organisation, and either submit a remit or nomination through your club committee.

2008 AFFILIATION

Affiliation is an important process. All members must affiliate to UWHNZ to participate in UWHNZ events. The cost of affiliation is below.

Club Affiliation After 1 April 2008 $150
Club Membership Before 31 March 2008 $40
Club Membership After 1 April 2008 $50
To become a member download the Affiliation Form and return it to your club secretary with the above payment. Alternatively paymenst can be made by direct payment to Underwater Hockey New Zealand Main Account (Kiwibank) 38-9006-0622485-00 with the following reference [Your Club- Affiliation].
